Will a study hall hurt my college chances?

Im trying to decide whether or not to drop ap psych for a study hall my schedule is as follows. (Im trying to get into either notre dame or uva) my school doesnt allow freshmen to take ap’s and only one in sophmore year. Also its a religious school so they require two bibles.

Wait, I’m confused, are you a freshman or a senior? Regardless, I’m inclined to choose study hall.

Im just worried that it will look like im slacking off since i havent taken a study hall yet in hs.

Some colleges will not be happy that you took only 2 years of Spanish. You should check expectations.

I took 2 years of TA (basically study hall) and ended up getting into good schools. Although AP psych isn’t all that hard so you might want to take that instead.

Could u keep AP psych and drop philosophy for a study hall?

Yeah unfortunately philosophy is also required where i go.

I think only two years of Spanish could be a problem as well. Can you take Spanish instead of psychology?

if anything it will help your chances. you’ll need time to do homework so that sports and EC’s can be a priority after school.
