I recently got admitted into Grainger engineering at UIUC (and committed) and have requested the transcripts from an external college course from last year to be sent directly from the college to UIUC and they’re on the way - however will there be any problem if I forgot to include it on SRAR? It is not a dual credit/enrollment course and it is nowhere listed on the high school transcripts. I didn’t fail or bomb the class.

I don’t really see any problem unless you misreport a core academic class; that’s what they really review. Sounds like this is over and above what you reported in SRAR, and they admitted you on the basis of it, which means you meet their academic prep requirements.
Ideally you shouldn’t even have requested the transcript to be sent, but even otherwise, it sounds like a non issue.

It’s just that I saw something along the lines of “all collegiate courses must be reported” on the admitted checklist, wanted to know if this incident would affect my application since the SRAR is kinda fixed

All college classes taken need to be reported so yes, it needs to be sent eventually if matriculating. And should have been reported with the original application.
OP, this is not something you’d be rescinded over so don’t worry about that.
