Will I receive financial aid for the summer?

<p>I just filed fafsa for the 2012/2013 school year…I was told to do this to receive aid for the summer. I wasn’t eligible for aid before, which is why I couldn’t file for fafsa before…</p>

<p>This summer will cost about $1500, for spring 2013 I paid $1700 and for fall 2012 I paid $3000 (out of state). My EFC is 01798, the estimated pell grant is $3800. Does that mean I’ll get money back? Or no financial aid at all this summer since my EFC is more than what the summer will cost? </p>

<p>I still have to file for 2013/2014 but I will soon.</p>
