Been acceprted to William & Mary vs. Bucknell. Torn. Any advice?

I was also accepted to both, among other schools, and have ultimately decided to attend William & Mary. Honestly, I think W&M has tremendously better academics and recognition levels.

Bucknell has a gorgeous campus, but Lewisburg is a small town. Also, depending upon where your live, it may not be easy to get home when you want. Williamsport, north of Lewisburg, is not a major airport. W&M is in an active tourist area so it’s easier to find a way home. You might wish to consider the transportation factors to help you come to a decision. In regard to social life, Greek life is prevalent at Bucknell - more so, IMO, than W&M. To learn more about each school, it’s always helpful to look at their student newspapers as well as local newspapers on the Internt to give you a feel of the places. You should visit each campus to come to your own conclusions, too. And the strength of the program in which you wish to major is another crucial factor… Good luck!
