Winning is losing in Canada?

[Win a soccer game by more than five points and you lose, Ottawa league says | Posted | National Post](<a href=“Breaking News, Headlines and Stories | National Post”>Breaking News, Headlines and Stories | National Post)

What do y’all think about this?

When will society learn…

I didn’t read the article but couldn’t one team just score on them selves 5 times and they automatically win? The whole thing is ludicrous.

Must be a Sens fan.

Actually, only Leafs fans know what losing too much feels like :/

Steve Nash would not support this.

Yes, his teams consistently score over 100 points, so a 5 point margin is not sufficient.

Jonas Gustavsson may agree

We suffer with honor, thanks very much.

“Mr. Cale said the league’s 12-person board of directors is not trying to take the fun out of the game, they are simply trying to make it fair.”

Nice…

^^ Wow. Did I just find another Leafs fan on this website??? :O

Where were you when Mapleleafs26 was here? :b

It’s time to make men in this world, let them face adversity. In my day if we got blown 5-0 we got blown out 5-0(Our soccer team was 1 game away from perfect, and 2 games away from perfect before, both close losses)

^I agree with the beginning.

And do not care about the rest.

Is it just me, or is this actually an issue all of HSL agrees on?

Could…it…be…? No someone out there reading this disagrees with the majority. Show yourself!

That seems to be the general consensus.
