@Dreamingowl yup we’re in the same boat. It says my application was officially completed in full form on October 10th. That was a real bummer for me because I had all my stuff together on September 27th, but my high school really dropped the ball.

I really, really hope U-M can release my decision as soon as they can so I can quit worrying about where I’ll be next semester lol

Congratulations! You have been admitted to the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts! Your official admission letter will be arriving shortly in the mail.

@matisyahu man i feel so happy for u, but im so lonely on the other side. U jut ditched me for the better No one to share my sorrows and exchange song lyrics. sigh, im gonna play Akon’s Lonely now

@Matisyahu - Apparently we will receive housing and orientation emails in our umich email accounts in about 2 weeks after making the deposit. However, it says online that we won’t get those emails until starting around mid -November.

I am wondering whether I am a new transfer to U-M or old. Since last semester actually it’s in my common app. school list and I did finish submitting my transcript, but I didn’t complete it , nor did I receive any decision from U-M. Does last time count?

Congrats, Matisyahu! That’s great news! Hopefully everyone else receives their decisions sooner rather than later. Does anyone know if Katy Thostenson is one of the counselors who has been out as of late?

@albo23 did you say that you had “migrated” your app from applying to Fall 2012 to Winter 2012? Could you please explain that process and how you went about doing that? How many times can you do that?
