"Is it important for the AES nominees to return the WAES form?

It is ESSENTIAL that the nominee return the WAES form."

Does anyone know what is on this “WAES form”?

If the student is designated as the recipient, then they are given the form. On the form, the student designates which eligible college the student will attend. If the student will not attend an eligible college, then the student must release the scholarship so it can be awarded to the next person on the list. The school determines the list (students ordered by their GPA).

Eligible colleges are most public colleges in WI, and some private colleges in WI.

I am a senior in high school and my counselor said that according to my current rank I will be recieving this award. Will there be any questions on the form asking if I had in the past won any other scholarships or awards for college? I already have a tuition remission scholarship to a wisonsin college, so if they ask for this information will it affect my chances of gettin the WAES?
