This past year Boston has won the World Series and the Super Bowl. If we win the Stanley Cup Boston sports fans will be (even more) impossible!!
Following as the Western Conference Finals feature the hometown Sharks vs. the team in city kid goes to school (Blues).
Had Kyrie not been so toxic, the Celtics might have been in the Eastern Conference Finals. And the Knicks fans want both Kyrie and Mr. Cupcake. Perhaps Zion Williamson is breathing a sigh of relief right now.

The stupid Celtics screwed up the whole Championship Sweep thing.
I really just want the Revs to win the MLS title at this point, and they’re pathetic at best.
@RightCoaster I was hoping for a perfect four championships but alas Boston may have to settle for three.
It would be interesting at work for me if the Bruins win. One of the managers on my team is a big fan (went to MIT for grad school) and always has his Tukkla Rask jersey on. I’m not one of his direct reports so I guess I can wear a Blues cap or Sharks jersey.
And on befall of all San Francisco Giants fans we thank the Red Sox for beating the Dodgers in the WS last year.
Not a sports fan, but I’ll tell you, a few weeks ago I drove by a sport bar. You could hear “Sweet Caroline” (bah-bah-bah) sung by a couple hundred people. Clearly something good happened to a Boston sports team. I drove home with a giant grin on my face.

I have no faith in my Sharks beating the Blues, but if they do, I have even less faith they’d beat the Bruins.
Don’t speak for others in the thread. I wasn’t sad when the Bruins took out the Leafs. I don’t much care about the Eastern Conference, but I do think it’s hilarious to tease Leafs fans about futility. And as a Sharks fan, I know all I want to know about futility.
I like the fact that the Bruins defeated the Leafs in the TD Garden in Boston…TD=Toronto Dominion.
Sharks need a rally song. Boston has ‘Sweet Caroline’ and St. Louis has ‘Gloria.’

@“Cardinal Fang” I too have no faith in the Sharks. Bruins will pretty much demolish them just like the Penguins did in 2016.
Still remember Teemu Selanne whiffing on an open net one year in the Western Conference playoffs when the Sharks had one of their better teams.
We do need to thank the Bruins for Joe Thornton, even though at the time most Bostonians were happy to get rid of them.
