Worst Radio Ads

<p>Driving home from visiting my son at college today, we were listening to an NFL game on the radio. Then this commercial came on - it was for a urology group. It was supposed to sound like a football game, and the “announcer” said, “Dr Whoever just gave the entire defensive line vasectomies! And they don’t even know it! No sacks there!” At the end of the ad it said, “Dr Whoever’s Urology Group - don’t trust anyone else to handle your balls.”</p>

<p>I have always hated radio ads, but that one took the cake. Anyone heard anything nearly as outrageous?</p>

<p>the one that’s the most obnoxious in the NY/NJ area is the 1877carsforkids one where the guy is singing…ugh…</p>

<p>It was on an FM station in Hartford, CT.</p>

<p>Yuck! I’m so glad that there is no radio on my bus (but I do miss DJ Trent Von’s Thursday morning eighties music show). Any radio ad with sounds of police and/or ambulance sirens instantly lands that product/service/etc. on my “will never use” list.</p>
