I am reaching the final stage of my project, and I was wondering after a night of not sleeping, is it worth it to get 1 hour, or will I just feel even more crappy?

I usually can’t wake up if I fall to sleep for such a short amount of time.

nah just pull an all nighter.
then take a nap after you get home from school :P

No, never sleep for anything less than 5 hours after an all-nighter.

Take their advice.
1 hour of sleep? You’ll never wake up in time.

While I tend to agree with the above posters, sleeping for one hour qualifies as a power nap and can restore SOME energy. Some sleep is better than NO sleep, IMO. However, I’ll go along with those above who state that it’s really hard to wake up after an hour’s sleep at the end of a hard project. Just ask someone you trust to be firm but gentle in waking you at the end of that hour.

Honestly, that was the worst night of my entire life. I am a senior, and that is the first time I have ever had to pull an all-nighter for a project. I stared at a damn computer screen for 20 hours straight to finish a project that our teacher said is impossible in a weekend (proved him wrong). I just dropped the project off at school, but didn’t actually stay. I’m not really tired yet, but I’m sure it will kick in in the next couple days.

well i would sleep for one hour…it’s better than nothing.

take two half hour naps, its more satisfying, assuming you can deff wake up
