Would sending my SAT scores affect my chances at Tsinghua Universty?

This year I had the opportunity to get myself with a government scholarship from China to study in tsinghua by fall 2018. My admission is conditional which means that I have to become chinese proeficient after a language prep course and send any pertinent documents to indicate college readiness:

1.2 Strong academic performance. Proof should be provided through (but not limited to) the following document(s):
1.2.1 High school/University (if applicable) transcripts (in Chinese or English).
1.2.2 Certificate of National/Regional Graduation Examination/Matriculation Examination.
1.2.3 Results of international standard tests (e.g. SAT/ACT/A-Level/AP/IB/others).

I was considering sending my SAT scores but I think they are fairly low (M670, R&W670 E12)

Should I send them my scores or choose to take their subject exams instead?
Please note that it is not mandatory to send those scores, I just considered the possibility to doing it so in order to make sure I can get definitive admission there.

Thank you all in advance
