<p>An application is asking for applicants to “describe a leadership challenge you have encountered and the personal growth you achieved from facing that challenge”. </p>
<p>Could I write about captaining a varsity team that went 0-12 and in which nearly half of the members quit? Would that be categorized as a challenge or more of a failure? Haha.</p>
