<p>I am Christian so I have offered up a prayer. I am also a scientist and hope you will take comfort in our society’s steadily advancing medical technology.</p>
<p>My Mom is a breast cancer survivor. She is 78 and has been clear of cancer for 8 years.</p>
<p>Zoosermom, I am sorry to hear of this distressing news with your mom. I am sending along many hopeful and positive thoughts for her treatment as she goes through this difficult period. Many survive and so now thoughts must be turned to her getting well and healing and all the support she’ll need. </p>
