I have a new sub-disorder of G.O.D. to add to the DSM: G.R.R., Greenie Rejection Rage: When you think your 24 hours is up and you try to rep people and The (greenie) Man says: You have given too much reputation in the last 24 hours. SHUT UP AND LET ME REP MY PEOPLE!!!

Sadly, I have been diagnosed with AGHD - Advanced Greenie Handout Disorientation.

This is an untreatable stage of G.O.D. Can’t keep track of what I owe to whom. Symtoms are delusions that I’ve repped someone when I haven’t, screenname confusion (i.e. mommusic vs. musicmom), and severe insomnia triggered by my 3AM rep time allotment.

And I have the associated diagnosis, neuroticparent… O.C.D. Obtunded Counting Disorder. Not only can I not remember who I owe reps to, but I forget how many I’ve given out and I have absolutely no clue who or when I can rep next.

I have taken to going up the list and seeing whose scales magically open the little rep box. Ah, a splendid sight to see when it unfolds, rather than getting the “Gotcha - -Hahahah you already repped them and you have to wait and wait and WAIT” or the “You think there are only 24 hrs in a day?? Mwahahaha-- we will let you think that but keep telling you to wait longer and longer” messages from the CCCB (CC contol board)… I too like the new column that lets us see who reps us, so we can easily find them back. No more hunting for one of their previous posts only to get the dreaded “You’ve already repped that post, you dipwad. We don’t let you do it twice” message…

Now, if it would only let us see more than the last 5, so I dont miss someone b/c they fall off the page. That happens a lot and I fear they feel I am ignoring them. Besides, by the time it lets me hit them again, I’ve forgotten who it was. Thats of course the diagnosis of C.R.S… Cant Remember S**t

And what about GAD - Greenie Affective Disorder: the inability to function in real life because you can’t remember if you used your reps that day.

I hate it when my imaginary world calls me a dipwad.

Yet another sub-category: G.S.G.S.: Greenie Survivor Guilt Syndrome: Anxiety produced by the receiving of greenies and the possibility that the favor was not returned either by absent mindedness, or complete ignorance of the greenie gifts due to getting more greenies than are allowed on the My Control Page.

This thread is going to put me into therapy :p

jym–that’s me for sure…dipwad and Can’t Remember S**t.

I have taken to randomly greening people who have lots of posts and surely want/need/deserve green squares. Whatever!

I actually greened a post on a different thread today!

You guys are so funny!!!

This is good news as I am devoting my time to the development of Reputex and Reputerall, although I have one idea. We could place the testee first in a dark green room and then in a light green room and observe for differences in behavior.

Light green is supposed to be calming. Remember when every school interior was painted “institutional” green? Not sure it worked… ;)

Our light green is more of a glowing, hi-energy color. I think the dark green would be calming, but who wants to live in a dark green room?

Oh, and Pantone just announced the “color of the year” is emerald green. We are definitely where it’s at, folks. :D

I would like to add for consideration G.A.S. Greenie Aversion Syndrome. It’s not nice to talk about, but we know darkness does exist out there. Some of the cc members are just not as appreciative of LGSs as we are. Bless their hearts.

blue-tried to rep ya for making me laugh but alas…told I had given out too much already. that boggles my mind. how can one EVER have given out too much!!!

can we see how many rep points others have or is that shrouded in secrecy known only to the point holder? curious about where folks are these day. how many over 10,000?!

^ at least 2 of us so far. Anyone else??

you and lorem?

It’s calming? I always thought they used that color because no one else wanted it, and the lowest bidding painter acquired it at close-out prices!

Yes, dowzer. I am actually over the 11K mark, thanks to many of you. I think my greenies give 150 points these days. I hope they dont hurt anyone when they land on them. Am unable to give back to many of you right now. It wants me to share the love again.

So hows about you folks team up en masse to share back a big greenie dump? :D

You can deduce how many rep points an individual has, within 100-200, if you see how many points you received and then look at that person’s longevity and post count.
