So the results are out in a few days. I was surprised to find that there were NO official threads for this program this year. At the same time, I found the program very popular a few years ago, especially back to 2006 and 2007. Is this a reflection of the trend??

Anyway, I am anxious to know the result although I have a 80% chance to get rejected :(

I applied too. I’m not sure how I feel about my chances, but I know that I’d rather go to NJ Gov school. Decisions come out monday right? via email?

I applied! Yes, decisions come out on Monday via email after 9 pm. They just updated the website! I’m going to be frantically checking my email all night!! And how do we have any idea what our chances are if we do not know how many people applied? Last year I think they said over 300 or 400 applied and they accept 60 so… I guess all we can do is patiently wait and chat on here :)

I was going to apply, but didn’t, because they specified students who are good at math but have had little tech experience. going to a school with an excellent engineering program, doesn’t help with that.

I applied as well. I tried to start a thread, but it wasn’t too successful. I’m sooo nervous! I’m going to be out of town though… so I hope I can find a way to check my email! I most likely will be rejected though :(

i don’t have any backups. since many program deadlines already passed, if i don’t get in, i’ll have to find some other not-so-prestigious programs

yea. and also for those who are NOT sure whether they will consider engineering as their majors rather than those who are sure they will and can major in engineering.
i have plenty experience in math and science (but not in engineering). and i did say i started to love engineering since i was young. idk if this disqualified me.
