Hey Arnold! is indeed where it’s at. I wrote a memoir about my experience with the show in AP English last year. As part of my research, I had to watch full episodes, which are on youtube btw. greatest invention ever.

Ahh I LOVE harry potter. I was actually secretly disappointed on my 11th birthday when the letter didn’t show up. Can’t wait for part 2 of deathly hallows!

My freshman math teacher was obsessed with spongebob and we got extra credit in her class for “liking” the spongebob facebook page. Not kidding. I have to put one in for rocket power though. That one’s my favorite of those at least. My math team class kinda has ongoing jokes to go with it, though, so I’m much more familiar with it than the others even though I of course watched them all.

The day of decisions though I will most definitely be on my computer by myself in my room. I have to work until 5:30, It’s gonna drive me crazy. I’ll be able to see the clock and know that I could easily walk about 50 feet and click a couple buttons and know, but I’m gonna make myself wait. I don’t think I’d be able to control myself no matter what the decision.

So decisions come out at 4 am or 4 pm?

^ Depends on where you live. As you’re apparently from Virginia, its 5 pm.

^ 5 PM Eastern time. Kaira is in India.

I’m pretty sure everyone was. I was inconsolable D:

Oh okay, thank you! I was just confused because kaira07 said she was going to wake up at 4 am… but I get it now!

If my math is correct, I would be getting my decision at Wednesday 10PM.

Oh for sure. I thought they were SO COOL.

Hey kidfromvirginia, is it really impossibly cold there (Think Middlebury)? I’m from India which is tropical and I don’t like the cold very much.

2 weeks from today!!!

Hello fellow SCEA-ers,
I’m obviously a little late to the party and i don’t have time to weed through all 68 pages looking for this info. So i’m just wondering what time on the 15th the decisions are released and should i be freaked out because i was never contacted for an interview? Thanks and good luck to you all!

^5 pm eastern standard time and, in a word, no. Not having an interview won’t count against you.

Aww missed Post #1000.

And omg. In exactly two weeks from this time, I will know whether I will be a bulldog next fall (unless I get deferred).

^Ahhhhhhh thisssssss gulp
Well depending on finances and other admission decisions and their finances. Yay for it always being just a little more complicated!

I think getting defered just gives everyone a false hope. i think they should do away with it.

I think they should take a similar approach to Stanford REA. Where they reject unless it’s a very close call, so far fewer get deferred

I agree. I’m trying to prepare myself in case of rejection, and I think it would be crushing, but I would be able to move on to other colleges, which would ultimately be good.

The deferral that’s probable, however… well, i’m going to try to treat it like a rejection and just be over-the-moon surprised if they admit me in April.

Referring back to the previous page, 10 Yale SCEAers in my senior class. 2 or 3 usually get accepted from our school in the early round and another 1 or 2 RD though.

^Wow Jersey, that’s a pretty good rate of acceptance.
