@hhiiiiiiii good luck healing up! I definitely know the feel of having to sit out. I had to get two surgeries this year (I never had any health issues every before this year, so I was stunned), but the first one took me out of the second half of track season and the second one took me out of the second half of cross country season. The weirdest part of the whole thing is that both of the conditions I got are isolated instances, so I’ll never have this issue again XD

@paleselan well then here’s to a healthy and hopefully yale filled new year!

@hhiiiiiiii absolutely!

All my friends already got their decisions, and only we’re waiting until friggin Tuesday :/

Can we no longer log into the Eli Account, or am I missing something?

@breezy9 Nope, you’re not the only one. Yale has closed the Eli accounts until decisions are released.

@paleselan Ah ok. Thank you.

lol probably @hhiiiiiiii

I have on going too. I don’t think I have felt this much anticipation before in my life.

Just to distract us all, has anyone seen what’s going on in Australia?

And I was just about to suggest thinking happy thoughts… It’s terrible news. I hope it will be resolved safely.

[dark-humour] It seems like Lindt is getting a lot of free publicity, so they got that going for them[/dark-humour]
Now, seriously, it’s terrible and I’m hoping on the safe release of all the hostages. What worries me more is that the terrorists announced they placed 2 more bombs around the city.

Do potential science majors have an easier time getting in to Yale? I know Yale is known for its arts and humanities, but they have poured a billion dollars in to their sciences in the past decade. I saw somewhere that they want each graduating class to have about 40% science majors… I would think that there was still way more humanities applicants than sciences. Is my thinking correct?

Awesome. What form of entertainment have you prepared for us today?
