I am in love with Yale too! Hopefully I’ll be a chemical engineer major! Let me know if your dream became true

Does anyone know when interview write-ups are due? My interviewer only contacted me last week, and we are setting up a phone interview for next friday. I thought most interview reports were due a few days ago?

@gracie21 The deadline for many of the Ivies was February 15th, so you are correct in that. However, if seems that based on forums for other Ivies, that the deadlines are being extended a little.

@frenchtoastlover thanks. I know the interview doesnt mean too much, but it would be nice to have it counted as a part of my application (especially considering my alum is unable to speak with me until the 26th…)

Is there any indication of a more likely chance of acceptance if one is invited for an interview past the Feb. 15 deadline (for example, contacted over the weekend for an interview later this week)?

I don’t think you can read anything into it. Just do your best and hope for the best. Otherwise, you’ll overthink this and put more pressure on yourself. Best of luck!

I don’t really think aside from a LL or YES call that Yale gives away anything about who they will admit

When did/does Yale send out likely letters?

^^ I think they’re pretty much over since YES-W is this weekend.

Out of curiosity, are YES calls the Yale equivalent of LLs?
