<p>Hehe, I had a snow day today, too :)</p>
<p>Yale seems like the last of the competitive schools to release EA results. MIT mailed out today.</p>
<p>cornell, harvard, princeton, stanford and brown still havent released their results either</p>
<p>Maybe this is Yale’s way of weeding out the applicant pool. A lot of applicants are genius, but to make sure they don’t cross the line to insanity, Yale pushes the date to December 16 and waits to see if anyone commits suicide in the stressful wait.</p>
<p>I’m half kidding.</p>
<p>my regional officer sent an e-mail to my counselor yesterday asking my counselor to send another copy of one of my teacher recommendations because he misplaced it. He said it was urgent too. My counselor says this is a good sign, cause why would he want it if i was getting rejected? I don’t know, what do you guys think?</p>
<p>bobbobbob: I meant that most of the schools like Harvard claim 12/15 annoucement, but Yale is 12/16.</p>

<p>I agree- that’s what I’m going to do. So only one of us has to obsessively check the Yale site online and the rest of us will obsessively check CC instead :)</p>

<p>Well if the first CCer to find out was accepted, I imagine the first thing they’d would would be something like go outside and run a marathon wearing his/her Yale attire and screaming I GOT IN the whole time, not post on CC.</p>
<p>haha, my friend is having his mom text message his northwestern ed decision to his cell phone during his Art History final. And if he gets in, he’s gonna write “The Guggenheim Museum was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1959 I GOT INTO NORTHWESTERN!”</p>

<p>anyone who applies to these caliber of schools will not fail a final…which could cause him to fail the class…which could get his acceptance revoked.</p>
