Yearbook Committee

How much works goes into it? What sort of jobs/things are there to do? Do you need any skills?

It really depends on how your school does it/what company you use. My school does it online through Jostens. There really isn’t a whole lot of skill required here, you should be decent with the computer and be creative but other than that…

As far as jobs: Well you all have to pick a theme,
then there are different spreads that 1-3 people work on. A
ds have to be sold.
Thank-you notes for ad purchasees need to be written/delivered.
Senior Surveys/Informational Papers have to be made, typed up, got to the students somehow.
Past Yearbooks handed out… Past Senior Pics etc need to be delivered back
Then of course pictures through out the year, either for your specific spreads or for random collages.
Our Committee also puts on a Candy Bar sale thing for $$$, they essentially sale themselves though…

That’s all I can think of off the top of my head.
