I don’t have a link but just heard story on radio that police arrested a man for burglary. He yelled “don’t shoot! There’s a kid in here!” He had brought his 4 year old daughter with him to rob a business.

An artificially intelligent burglar?
There is a police body cam video in the link. 
I don’t have a link to mine…but there was a person the police were after near here. He posted a picture of himself on social media and said that if he got a certain number of “likes” he would turn himself in. Well…he got a lot more likes than he asked for but still didn’t turn himself in. That was a couple of weeks ago.
He was finally found and arrested…yesterday.
Cell phone use, and the posture of looking down to use one, is causing bone spurs on the back of the head that look like horns.

We parents sometimes worry about our kids - who they will become or some of their faults, etc. I can’t imagine being the parent of the kids who killed because they were so dumb to believe the offer, so cruel to kill even if the offer had been true, or the parents of the dude who got his jollies making the offer(s) on the net. For the vast, vast majority of us, our kids are fine.
^^^^The “tycoon” is 21 years old. She really believed he would actually pay her and her cohorts $9 million.

In one of the articles about the horns on the back of the head, someone encourages reaching a hand around to the lower rear of the skull because those who have the hornlike feature likely can feel it.
So far so good for me!
Athens(in the squirrel on meth article) is only about 90 miles from me. I have unfortunately met a few people that I could see doing something like that.
Just go to/google for “news of the weird” each week. That always reassures me that there are many strange people in the world.

Sadder rather than weird but how about the poor starving polar bear who walked hundreds of miles to wind up in a city in Russia looking for food? : ( S/he has been taken to a wildlife rescue center. I hope s/he survives.
