<p>I competed in it last year only because I had to since it was part of my Intro to Science Research curriculum. I’m not interested in research so I didn’t put that much effort into it. Of course, I didn’t get any honors or anything. My school had about 5+ people who were semifinalists. I think at least 1000+ people apply, but you should search around the website and see if it has any info. If you’re applying this year, good luck!</p>
