Anyone watched the livestream of YoungArts voice winners with distinction? It’s very disappointing. Some singers were just so so. I even heard one singer with multiple out of tone. She sang a French song but she didn’t know how to sing French art song at all. She seemed singing an opera Aria. How could these singers pass the adjudicators to win the awards of distinction? Maybe they fine-tuned their voice in the submitted videos?
