<p>Well I don’t take iron ( but I cook in cast iron), I don’t take zinc except when I have a cold & magnesium is part of my calcium supplement. ( calcium also lowers risk)
I don’t take mega doses of the B vitamins- would be curious as to if the dose matters ( I would think the formula would make a difference)
