Is there any chance someone is taking your packages? I know this happens more than we would like to think; people walking right up to your doorstep and removing your deliveries. I would also check with the delivery companies also if this is more than a one time thing. I had a mailwoman for a while, and I swear she took our magazines. We received all of our mail except a few magazines. We have live in the same house receiving the same magazines for 15 years; why all of a sudden were we not receiving our magazines?

Just snagged the Living Social deal for two movie tix from Fandango for $9 total. One hour left (til midnight).

I got it too! Good deal!

Check abasketās thread on Bath and Body Worksā sale! It is also happening online.

Lands End is offering 25% off plus free shipping (includes sale and clearance items too) online today. If you donāt have a pin and code, they have one on retail me not dot com (no spaces between words).

I donāt understand. most CWC stuff are over $50. how are you getting stuff for like $10-$20??

You have to look at their outlet page on their site and then take 50% off of the price while the sale lasts.

I bought a northface surge backpack on ebay for $79.90 no shipping. best price that I could find elsewhere was $114.00.

so I am pleased and my son will be also.

I donāt remember which thread this came up in, but I know a lot of people expressed interest in the Weekender backpack on eBags. I was browsing the site and saw that itās currently 30% off, and I figured Iād mention it here. You also get an additional 30% off the highest priced item in your cart if you spend $100 or more.

Just bought H a $9.99 polo shirt from Macyās. Did not use any coupons on it but was happy with the price anyway.

I know some of you are Bucky Ball fans. Theyāre selling them on [WootĀ® : One Day, One Deal?](http://www.woot.com/) today for $35 + shipping for a set of three plus a book. I finally broke down and ordered a set. I figure they will be the perfect spirit lifter for my rising college freshman to be sent sometime during that first year.

I was at Va. Beach Monday and a drizzle turned into a downpour with 30+ mph winds. Naturally, I had no sweatshirt or rainwear since we werenāt expecting this and were only there for one day. I walked into the nearby āeverything for $5.99ā store with the usual teen-oriented stock that all says āVirginia Beachā on it, expecting to get something warm that I would only wear once. BUT I spotted a LLBean hooded windbreaker! The only one in the storeā¦the cashier said āI didnāt know we carried these.ā

$5.99!
My lucky day. :)

I bought my first Groupon itemā¦a Segeway tour for two in San Diego for $49 each. Wait till H hears about our fun weekend activity.

Oh FUN!! We did that in New Orleans a few months back. You will have a blast!!!

I got a Segway Groupon for my son and three friends for an 18th birthday present for Philadelphia. They just did it last weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit.

ellemennope, when we were in San Diego a few weeks ago, DD stayed in the hotel with us on one condition: āno Segway tours for dad, he is already nerdy-looking!ā LOL :)

^^Made me laugh!!

My friend loved the Segway tour that she, her S & D had in Paris. They went at dusk, when they were tired of walking. Iāve never been on one, but like the idea of the technology. Itās too wide for much of our urban areas in Honolulu, which have narrower sidewalks full of people & other things.

HImom, Philadelphia has extremely narrow sidewalks. Many buildings were built in the 1700ās close to the road. Somehow it works!

@ kathie - I thought of you when I read this earlier today. Iām so glad your son liked the tour. There is NO way I could manage on oneā¦Iād be on my rear end in no time. Iām a huge fan of Dean Kaman but Iāll admire his invention with someone else driving!! ;)
