Got a lovely DVF blouse at Nordstrom to wear on my birthday and forgot to pack it. Turns out, Neiman has this blouse on clearance, 65% off! Guess what goes back to Nordstrom, price tags still attached!

I had to reapply for my Nordstrom card today, to get into the pre-sale. I haven’t been that impressed the last couple of years, but today I got pillows for my sofa, sheets, and some towels, all which I’ve never purchased at Nordstrom before. Spanx bras for 44 instead of 68, a barefoot dreams wrap/sweater kind of thing (very, very soft), a new dress, and some other stuff. It was worth the trip.

Downtown Nordstrom was a zoo today, so I passed the sale for now.
BB, you can always order on-line. Napa is nice, but I’ve decided I’m not a wine tasting tour kind of person. I’ve never met a red wine I like. I figure I don’t need any more bad habits, so I can live without it. But I’ll go to Hawaii with you and carry your luggage anytime.

Got a nice pair Vince Camuto for <$50. Reminds me of the Eileen Fisher I got for almost $200 last year. Found some colorful tops I can wear in the freezing work place and not melt in when I step outside.
@lamom, not as good a tip as Zella’s (which are part of sale), but I got a Barefoot Dreams sweater, in the lingerie deprtment, and they were very popular. I got one in blue for me, and a couple as gifts. i also bought their sheets, which I’ve never done before. 400TC queens set for about $69. Seemed reasonable to me.
Does anyone have the 30% Kohls code? I bought 3 comforters from them when I got the code, but I’ve changed my mind and want a king size, for my son’s queen sized bed, so it covers more of the sides. Thanks

I just got $200+ in school supplies from Office Depot for just over $20, minus a $20 gift card i had from a rebate, and it was under $1. Will donate it all to the bank school supplies drive.
I ordered a bunch from the Nordstrom sale. A north face jacket, a pair on Nike free shoes, a couple of pairs of jeans. A Kendra Scott necklace and earrings and a sweater. We will see when they get here if I like any of it. I’m hoping that I will like the north face jacket for fall. I needed a new fall jacket.
What I’d really like is the Stuart Weismann boots but they are out of my price range.
@deb922, I got a pair of Stuart W. Boots last winter, fairly early in the season, for half price at Nordstrom. Still expensive, but I LOVE them. Keep your eyes on them. I got another pair of shoes that was originally something like $275, but they were price matching, so I got them for just over $100. The next day, they were back to full price.
I got some nice things online at macys since they are having their black Friday sale with free shipping.
