Our sales tax goes up temporarily today so I went shopping last night. One thing I found, oddly enough at TJ Maxx, was Coppertone sport sunscreen, SPF 50, for $4.99. I think itās usually $12-$15.

Just got two prescriptions filled for $0 copay! Initially, the pharmacist said that for one of them, the copay was $7 but no copay for 90 days, so I agreed to 90 days. The other, was no coverage but he asked if it was ok to switch from tablets to capsules of the same Rx and I said fine. The copay was $7 for 30 days but free for 90 days.
Today, was filling another Rx. He said the copay is $75 for 90 days. I called back and asked about the discount card I gave to the other branch of the pharmacy and he applied the discount to drop the copay to $30!
Thus young pharmacist is a gem! Very cheerful and trying to meet the customerās needs, while looking out for possible drug interactions or other issues he should talk with patients about! Love that he and his staff have both the time and interest to engage with the patients. None of the other pharmacies we have gone to are this personalized and helpful!

Went up to one of the Goodwill stores in a upper-income part of town and found a Vera Bradley wallet with the tag still on it. I had no idea they cost so much! I have a $50 wallet thatās never been used that cost me $6. And it even matches my new purse, also from Goodwill-a leather Nine West for $10. I wouldnāt normally consider that a great deal, but I needed a roomy one for a trip. I balanced that out with a skirt and dress for D that cost only $2,50 each, also for the trip.

Well, I decided to give Jet one last chance, and ordered several 10 count boxes of Starbucks k cups dark roast. The price was ok (comes, with discount, to $4.56 per box of 10 ($0.46 per kcup), but the website gave me fits on my ipad, and the coffee will take almost a week from when I ordered it to get here. In the meantime I went to a cheapo store near here (Big Lots) and got some other dark roast coffee on sale for $0.28 and $0.30 per kcup. Not pleased with jet.
@jym626 - if you have an Aldi nearby, try their k-cups. Really good, and good price too. Now to stay away from the chocolate aisle when I go thereā¦
