I currently have a Charge and they are sending an Alta. I was told the only thing I will lose is the stair climb number. I know I am good on that as I frequently walk up to my 11th floor office and my neighborhood is hilly so I get a lot when I run or walk.
Update- H duct taped my charge back together and it works Looks a little funny, though.
@FallGirl, I think youāll like the Alta! I appreciate the look better (thinner) and I like the functions. Iāll be curious how they sent yours - as one fresh Alta in a box or as two components - the strap and the main āwatchā (has a name, I forget) for you to put together . Thatās how I got my replacement one - I sort of wondered if it was a refurbished one or something!
I received the Alta --free-- as a replacement for one of their older ones that had a recall on it.
I really dislike the Altaāthe strap is nearly impossible to put on. I have a rash from it. I tap it and most of the
time nothing happens.
They are sending me a rebate check! $140. I am happy but miss my old one (I cannot remember which it wasā
no longer sold).
Just placed a small order with Modcloth and I forgot to use the code! I called, not expecting to get through on a Sunday night but I did and the order total was adjusted. Another reason to love Modcloth!
I needed a 2nd pair of sneakers to leave at work, but I didnāt want to spend too much. I received a $20 Zappos reward for signing up for the rewards program and used it towards a pair of Saucony sneakers that were on sale/clearance from $55 to $30. I think it was a discontinued color. The total was $10 and includes free one day shipping when you use the app to order.
Gee, I receive that $20 Zappos reward and thought it was a hoax. I thought Zappos never gave discounts! Gotta see if I still have the email!!! Thanks RyanG!
Just renewed my fixed rate gas utility. The company not only price matches virtually every other provider (including promo codes) but they are a delight to deal with and they offer free nest thermostats with a 2 year contract. Already have nest thermostats, so took the $0.379 per therm rate (down from $0.399 last year which was a bargain back then). Many companies are quoting fixed rates with therms in the 50ās
Woot! Just bought two pairs of Thorlo no-show socks that can be worn with athletic shoes @ $11 apiece but used the free $20 coupon from Zappos.com so they were $2 for 2 pairs with free shipping both ways! Iāve often paid MUCH more for them.
Just booked the airfare for an island in January at 15% less than the fare has been in the last 30 days and only 5% above the lowest price it has been in the last 90 days. Thank you fare watcher on Kayak!
Maybe everyone knows this but I didnāt so Iām sharing. If you are an Amazon Prime subscriber, you can get 6months free online access to The Washington Post. Iāve been a heavy reader lately and the views per month wasnāt cutting it for me.
