Your heart rate

So just post your resting heart rate and any sports or physical activity you do.

Mine’s around 50 bpm and I play water polo and swim although am not currently doing either.

mine’s 64 bpm. I run track.

have no clue, i play soccer

mine is super high, but a lot of people on my dads side of the family have irregular heart beats.

since i’ve been doing a lot of running, it’s dropped a lot. it was 70 2 years ago and has steadily dropped to about 55 when I’m sitting down. i think it’s leveled out now, though. i can run a 4:43 mile but i’m not lance armstrong or anything. i think his HR used to be under 40 while he was sitting around.

75, just measured right now (been awake for hours, though). Is that bad?

Mine’s 66 BPM. I run and row crew.

56 resting BPM. Indoor & Outdoor Track (55m - 400).

I got 78 when I just counted. I dance ballet 4 times a week (like 12 hours). And since its winter I ski, but I don’t think that counts.

60
XC and track

60 and I do nothing in particular.

72.

My sport is AcaDeca.

lol just measured

78

yayayaya

I had 14 in ~10 seconds, so 84, I guess. I guess that’s probably resting, though I might still be a wee bit excited from the 20+ mile hike I just got back from.

I hike a lot and jog. ;]

85 I run track running heartbeat around 190

76 and the only exercise I do is walk about 2miles a day+walk my dog (can’t go walk too far with him though because he has arthritis and short legs).

64, tennis

77, no sports at all

I have poor blood circulation, btw. lololol

115…measured right now. No sports whatsoever, ever. No physical activity in general. Is this bad?
