Your thoughts on CC's weird characters

<p>“Weird Characters Eliminated from CC”…A couple of people posted in this thread–but honestly, how many people had a few specific poster names instantly pop into their mind when seeing Roger’s Thread about the fix that CC made to the display of unprintable characters. </p>

<p>We won’t name names, but hmmm… There’s a few. A couple that when I see their name, I can expect a combatitive, contrarian posting…A couple that must be at a much higher intellectual level than I reside—when I read their posts, I end up thinking, “***??? I have no clue what they were intending to say!”</p>

<p>Also, it’s interesting to see transformations. Some characters come here calm and after some time here are a stressed mess. Others come here stressed and after the kids are in their college place and out of the house, the posters become relaxed and …joyful! It’s all about where you are in life! </p>

<p>But the biggest thorn is paying the tuition, don’t you think?</p>

<p>This is akin to the “What does your screen name mean, and how do you pronounce it”. I really miss the Peruvian Mom of 2, wonder how the Incas are doing?</p>

<p>That’s what we want to read about on this thread. My thoughts are that we are seriously low on weird characters here on cc. Everyone seems so <em>regular.</em> Hmmph.</p>

<p>I’m not just weird, I’m confused:).</p>

<p>There’s a weird character that for 20 years roamed a certain street intersection around here. Then, one day, they bulldozed the corner and did some landscaping. Weird character disappeared.</p>

<p>When we see them planting cotoneasters and Western redbuds around cc, be afraid. Be very afraid.</p>
