Babymoon … reminds me of Push Presents my friends got from their H’s when they had kids. Yeesh. Babymoon: You went on a trip. Push Present: You got some jewelry. Call it what it is. 
My D went on a babymoon to Italy during her second trimester and yes, she also received a push present.

Whether in larvicide has any effect on the microcephaly is just a theory that is HOTLY contested by many. If the chemical is being suspended, what will be used instead?
Type in “babymoon” in a google search. It says the term has been around since the 70’s! It shows a chart of “use over time” and shows an increase starting about 2010…
I don’t personally recall using the word, but definitely the concept! My H and I took a little trip before our first baby was born.
