I have and sometimes still do listen to their music, but everyone acts as if they were a godsend. They were good, but I really don’t think that they were amazing.

Hmm, a bit hard to narrow down…

Naima (Live) - John Coltrane
Sky Flashings - Earthsuit
Tiger Mountain Peasant Song - Fleet Foxes
Corner Pocket - Count Basie
Seven Swans - Sufjan Stevens
Ragged Wood - Fleet Foxes
And Without Help We Perish - Joy Electric
Horse Posing as Unicorn - Soul-Junk
These Are The Eyes - Bodies of Water
Goodbye - Plankeye

I tried to pick only one song per artist, but I just had to include the Foxes twice :)

while we’re speaking about the Beatles I am going to share this awesome cover of I Want You that I saw live, haha

[YouTube - The Last Shadow Puppets - I Want You (She’s So Heavy)](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uckLhDwQX5c)

and I heard the Fleet Foxes were good i need to check em out

Nice on Fleet Foxes and Sufjan, I can’t help but feel good when I’m listening to FF

[YouTube - The Beatles - You Never Give Me Your Money](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyMsoAIIByM) ~ I call BS

You gotta listen to Abbey Road and THe White album in their entirety

The Beatles were formed when the ashes from god’s blunt fell into the UK.

^Yeah, Abbey Road is a great album.

I Want You (She’s So Heavy) is actually one of my favorite Beatles songs, and that was a pretty good cover

^It kind of made it great because it was Miles Kane and Alex Turner, whose voice I am in love with

hahaha amazing

edit :D:D:D:D:D:D

Don’t listen to much of the Shadow Puppets, my best friend really likes them though

^YES to the post counter, makes it look like I only have 2 posts :(

We also don’t get sigs or avatars and our parameters for what we can post extend only to what would be considered appropriate for a kindergarden journal entry. meowmeow

heroinnnnnnn is so passe! Yah I know someone mentioned liking the Dandy Warhols, man I just smoked a bowl and need people to talk music with

try Calm Like You, Black Plant, My Mistakes Were Made For You, and Seperate and Ever Deadly.

I actually didn’t like Seperate and Ever Deadly at first but once I started listening to the lyrics it grew on me.
It’s an extremely bitter/sarcastic song, about having his girl taken from him and seeing her with another guy.

When we walked the streets together
All the faces seemed to smile back
And now the pavements have nothing to offer
And all the faces seem to need a slap

and then

Please don’t tell me
You don’t have to darling I can sense
That he painted you a gushing sunset
And slayed pink panthers in your defense
He stands separate and ever deadly
Clings onto my throat and won’t let go

Well considering I am a bit of a lyrics whore I will have to check that out tommorow

Fixed~~~~~

^I’ve been had!
