What about UPenn? Anyone here anything there?
Wesleyan will not be going to the waitlist.
Wondering if anyone has heard from Lafayette/Bucknell/Fordham?
According to Lafayette’s student newspaper, 759 students paid their deposit. I’m not sure how many Lafayette targeted for the Class of 2022 ( they are trying to increase the student body gradually) but my guess is around 700. Even with some expected “summer melt”, this class looks too large. I’m sorry to say but I don’t think Lafayette will be going to the waitlist.
I heard Harvard and Stanford started wait-list today. Can someone confirm?

I’m just confirming - this list is colleges that have opened their waitlists but not necessarily closed them, correct? I know some have been closed - but not all, right? So for example last post is just saying that someone has gotten off BC waitlist, not that BC is closed?
Yes, this list is that of colleges that have been reported as having admitted from the wait list this year, not necessarily indicating that they will or will not do more wait list admissions this year.
Students on the ND Waitlist thread have reported that Notre Dame has CLOSED their waitlist.
UPenn has closed its waitlist a few days ago
Adding Colorado College
Columbia has admitted a couple to SEAS and CC. The rest of the waitlist should hear back later this week. My son is on Columbia’s waitlist for SEAS
Add Brown University to the list. Numerous posts today about people getting off waitlist.
I don’t think UPenn closed its waitllist. They send out an email yesterday asking for continued interest.
Georgetown went to the wl.
To avoid confusion it might be good to start a separate thread for schools that either did not use or have closed their waitlists or copy and edit the info above.
Please add Stanford. My DS got an acceptance email/letter from the waitlist.
More than one person on Reddit said that they had been contacted by Harvard with a definite no from the waitlist.
Got an email today from CMC that their class is full for this year.
