My daughter’s “profile last updated” just changed from 11-21 to 11-25 so somebody is working today.
DD had her’s show updated today too. So, hopefully we’re getting close. Although, it has been “updated” like 5-6 times since she submitted nearly 6 weeks ago. Still holding out hope. Good luck.
@Candy-O and @dec1234 my son’s was updated today too. Last update was 11/17. fingers crossed. He submitted 10/30. OOS undecided. Fingers crossed 
For anyone who is interested, if your child was already accepted or when they are, I made a new thread, University of Delaware class of 2024 accepted student stats. I knew it would’ve been helpful to see test scores and gpa’s for previous year applicants to compare scores and not have to read through hundreds of comments to find stats close to my daughter’s so I thought that by making that thread it would be helpful for future students.
@puffyfluffy555 DD submitted 10/17. I sure hope we’re getting close to a decision. She submitted to two schools on the 17th and then another two just this past Friday. It would be great to have a “yes” heading into the holiday. I know the one other school doesn’t make announcements until mid-January for EA submissions and the two she submitted to on Friday are at least another month of waiting. Here’s to hearing from UD
I got my acceptance online 11/13 and received my acceptance letter in the mail a few days later. Has anyone gotten any financial aid/merit scholarship information yet?
My OOS daughter applied EA 10/3 and nothing yet. I’m thinking “undecided” applicants hear last?
been 3 weeks since D was accepted, says 2 weeks to learn of Merit…anyone hear anything about merit or honors?

I hope there’s some positive sign in the updated status dates, but I have a feeling at least some of the updates are computer-generated. Mine was last updated on 11/24 which is a Sunday, and it changed in the overnight hours between 10 pm Sat and 6 am Sun. I know these admissions people are dedicated but I doubt they are working overnight weekends! Fingers crossed, we are still waiting!
Applied 10/1 have been on ‘awaiting decision’ since 11/6. Updated 11/16, 11/22 and just now. I’ve been checking everyday religiously and I’m getting myself crazy over this. Just wish I had an answer!!

Sounds like the updated date is not an indicator of anything. Each time it’s updated do you receive an email with the Subject: “UD Admissions status update”? That’s what we received on the day D20 was admitted and we only received one of them. If you’ve never received this email, I would look for it as an actual indicator.
@bigmacbeth Weird, we never received an email with that headline, the only one we received was for the application that it was complete and under review. My daughter’s status never changed to awaiting confirmation nor did her major disappear either. She was accepted 11/22 and her acceptance packet came in the mail yesterday. It seems like different things are happening for different applicants.
@Bech05 Maybe it went to Spam? I don’t know…I would think a major event like change status to ‘accepted’ would consistently throw off an email. ??♂️
Has anyone heard about merit scholarships? There was nothing included in my daughter’s admission portal or acceptance letter/packet. Thanks!
@dadknowsbest from what I’ve seen posted by other people they’ve said 2 weeks after being accepted you should receive that information, but I’ve also seen people who were accepted 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any information yet.

My daughter was accepted on 11/6 and no merit as of yet. I read through last year’s thread and the first date merit appeared was 11/29. The website says admissions is closed 11/28 and 11/29 so perhaps next week? Wishful thinking?!
applied 10/26 EA Business Undeclared 1380 SAT 91 Average been on “Awaiting Decision,” for 4 weeks. Any idea when i’ll hear back?
