Is it true that admission decisions won’t be released until AFTER April 1st? Is this possible based on last years applicants? When did they hear for RD? Amid the coronavirus concerns I worry that many will not hear until after April 1st, which means I will most likely commit somewhere else.
I emailed them and they said they’re still sending decisions out every Friday.

Got a conditional acceptance on Wednesday! Got into the UD scholars Institute summer program.
What exactly does that mean? Whatever, CONGRATS !!! Is that where your acceptance is conditional upon completing this Summer Program to help you assimilate into college? I think my kid had to do something similar to get into West Chester. It was 5 weeks !! Since it wasn’t his 1st or 2nd choice, both of which he got into - no conditions -, he decided not to do it. Now if his 1st choice came with a conditional acceptance, he WOULD have done the 5 weeks. So is that what the UD scholars Institute Summer Program is all about?
Yup, it’s exactly that. It allows me to go straight to the Newark campus instead of doing 2 years at their community campus then transferring.

Yes, son got in Friday night after deferred from EA. University Studies. Mailer came Monday.
My son was deferred in December and was accepted on Saturday - College of Engineering, Computer Science major. Good luck!
