i got deferred in december. still haven’t heard back yet. my major is fashion merchandising and design, anybody in this major hear back yet???
we are Business and second choice University studies. deferred in December. no word yet. grrr
The scoop from the UD office friend is that March 31st/April 1st is supposed to be the last notification date for those deferred . Of course that was before COVID19, so who knows, nowadays . Since our boys are no longer have school together, I don’t get to see her to chit chat UD stuff .
Hang in there …, they’re coming . Though my son’s friend who was also deferred is not as confident and already committed elsewhere. I wish I could just give up his spot to one if you but apparently that means nothing except in music ? so sorry.
Almost over !! I remember when I was last on the bus with marching band kids talking about their deferrals, March 31st seemed like sooooo far away . And here we are … just a few days away .
What about the people who are still waiting for regular decision?
My understanding, post COVID19, was that ALL decisions will be out by April 1 at the latest. Of course, things have changed so who knows.
My son was accepted on December 20th to the Business School . He is still waiting to hear from the Honors Program and the Scholars Program. Are there a lot of you waiting for those 2 programs as well?
Waiting on Honors Program here too. Looked in the portal today and the “honors” section that said would be notified early April is gone. He did not receive an email. Does that mean he did not get in?
I was about to ask the same question, my honors program section disappeared as well. Did I get rejected?
Hoping that only means that they arent accepting any additional applications as it was removed from my daughters portal as well. Fingers crossed it means they are getting ready to release them.

Daughter was accepted in December with a nice scholarship but was waiting for honors decision to seal the deal and decided even if the answer is tomorrow it was just too long to wait and she accepted at another school. Good luck everyone.
I would think that the decisions wouldn’t be affected by the pandemic because I would think they could easily send them out at home and they need to get them out ASAP.
Same here - sent a note to Admissions on Twitter and they still just said early April. Hopefully that means this week…

WOW, Really? Instate or Outstate? What major? Was you EA deferred to RD?
Still waiting to hear back too from EA deferral. I’m OOS and no one from my school who also got deferred heard back.
