That was me! I misunderstood and added with the hope they would be updated w info if and when- I’ve heard nothing so far!
If you want specific information included in the list in the first post, I suggest adding some guidance or instructions there rather than only discussing in the thread.
Earlier today I moved the “last updated date” to the bottom of the list so it would be more noticeable. Obviously you can change that and add whatever information you want.
Honestly, I miss the conversation we have in posts here when we add/update the list. The wiki thing seems to work against that…..
I’ve made notes in the wiki post thread. Hopefully this conversation will continue as well as posting to the list.

I made a list sorted by approximate date mentioned in this thread for waitlist movement and added U Washington, ready to paste. Would it be better to sort alphabetically?

Does this now mean we need to go back to the first post every time to see if there are updates? If so…I vote for going back to posting the list and adding to it. Here.
Just like what happens in the music majors forum every year. It’s really easier to follow.

Do you have information that both these schools have gone to the waitlist? We should only put on the list schools that we are reasonably certain have gone admitted students from the waitlist…so CC students/parents reporting it, or from college counselors.

Please share the reddit threads by students saying they got off the UVA WL. They aren’t in our sub or A2C and I want to correct them.

Maybe you have me confused with someone else? I never said I saw students reporting they came off the waitlist.
I wrote this:
Those counselors reported waitlist movement on various counselor listservs/closed groups (not TikTok). And we have a highly respected poster on this thread reporting the same, as well as the OP (also a highly respected poster) who initially added UVA.
