<p>I’ve completed my O’Levels this Summer and doing my AS presently. I’ve heard that the US universities primarily demand for 12 grade yet completion of AS fulfils it. Now my question is it really a mere possibility to get admission in any of the UC 's in Spring 2014(University Of California),if I give my ACT & TOFEL in September 2013?</p>
<p>I just applied to Berkeley and UCLA. While they do look for academically strong applicants, I noticed that they seem to show a lot of preference to Californian students. That said, I think you may stand a chance if you work on your application early. Btw, the deadline is in December. Not many people know that and I only found out by accident. I’ll let you know if I get in 
And if you need help writing the personal statement then go on YouTube and search for help on it. That’s what I did and I found a lot of helpful videos.
Just some friendly advice, unless you’re a US national, I suggest you concentrate on your AS and work hard. The US is really great, but you should really keep Pakistan open as an option.</p>
