My D just got her OSU orientation registration email. Looks like they are definitely doing online/virtual orientations this year. 
congrats to all those admitted, it’s been almost 3 weeks since I got admitted and I still can’t believe it.
Just wondering if anyone else is still deferred, really disappointed and anxious. Hope is fading pretty fast…

I called and they said the final wave will be out by the end of the week but to keep checking my portal. Fingers crossed

If you accepted another state school prior to osu acceptance - can you still accept osu?
@“dd1449!” Yes. Usually you just have to call the admissions office of the school you already committed to and let them know you will not be attending. You won’t get your commitment deposit back from the school but there really is no other drawbacks to withdrawing your commitment - it happens all the time. Then just commit and pay to deposit to OSU afterwards.
Anyone know if any at all financial aid will be posted soon to those just accepted this week?
I just got my financial aid email after about 3 weeks since getting accepted, so it might take a while.
My daughter is trying to now decide between OSU and Clemson. Such different schools!
Both good…but different…small town vs. larger city…weather etc. OSU is perceived to be better academically but Clemson has some great programs.
That was my older daughter last year. We visited each after she was accepted, and as we drove away from Clemson, she made her decision. She’s a freshman at Ohio State now, and loving it!
So if I was deferred at first and then accepted what position does that put me in for direct admission to Fisher? I have a 27 act and 4.16 GPA with investment club, FBLA, and 30 hour a week job. Curious if being deferred at first effects the desicion at all.
need 30 ACT I believe re Fisher…not positive on that though…on your. buckeye link it will say pre-business or business. business means you’re in, pre-business means you need to qualify etc…it took 2 weeks to find out fisher following getting into Columbus campus.
Look at your admission decision. If you are in Fisher it will say Business with your major, if not it will say pre-business. If you call admissions and get the right person they will look it up for you if you aren’t sure. Also you don’t need a 30 ACT even though the site says that, its just automatic with a 30
I have still not received my decision 
I know what this likely means but some confirmation would be nice. Does anybody else still not have theirs?
