@rbc2018 - i can’t be sure…i just know OSU is stat focused and standardized test scores (or AP scores) is objective way to differentiate between students. Perhaps AP scores will be larger determinant this year.
@DG I agree, those types of scores are valuable for differentiation, although the whole AP testing process was wacky this year. Who knows, maybe kids will be able to take tests in the coming months. Then again, some people were convinced OSU wouldn’t go test optional for admissions and they did.
@rbc2018 - is just obviously really hard to differentiate students given what seems to be rampant grade inflation etc.
@DG yes, I agree. The whole admissions process almost everywhere will be strange because of it. My student was able to get a very competitive score before all of this hit, so I hope it counts for something.
