If Mitch pats, I think he has a chance at f winning. Comes across as nice
Does nice win Survivor? Not at the end if youâre sitting with 2 other people who contributed more to the game? I like Mitch but his game play thus far has been weak. His personal game has been successful in terms of overcoming his weaknesses but not sure he has succeeded with others during challenges or with social play. Not yet anyway!
Although we keep hearing tribemates mention that he is a threat. I seem to recall them mentioning that he is a potential challenge thread. Iâm not sure what his skills are (puzzles, swimming, shooting hoops) because most of the challenges this season have been strength endurance.
Although I am not surprised by Star going home, I think that the âunderdogâ group of 4, donât have much of a chance now. Mitch and Mary will be picked off next and then the other 5 will have to go after each other. Kamilla will only have a chance if she gets a group of three together to go after Joe and Eva. But, Joe and Eva also have two advantages to help them, and they have won 4 immunities between them.
I thought the 4 (except for Kyle) blew it last week when they could have easily coasted as the 6 until the others were eliminated. Instead they lost the clear majority because we all knew Mary would not stick with them without David, and especially after Eva explicitly told her she was the odd person out. I donât get Mitch not agreeing to go after Shaheen (or Eva or Kyle) just bc Joe won. Is he banking on winning some immunities or that he will be a ânumberâ when the 4 have to start playing the end game.
Yep, Mitchâs reasoning of I donât trust Star didnât make a lot of sense. He only needed to trust her for the one vote, which she would make to save herself.
Not sure why they all fell apart once Joe won. Eva could have been easy pickings, a complete blindside, and sent her advantages home with her.
I think too many people are talking and snitching on each other for Eva to be blindsided. Mary, Mitch, Kamilla were sharing info with both sides.
I agree. I donât think Mitch, Kamilia, and Mary have the skills to pull this off. They would need to make the strong group really believe that they have âgivenâ up, so they get too comfortable.
They lost their best opportunity. Now the only hope is for one of the 4 (most likely Kyle or Shaheen) to strike now and blindside someone within the 4.
Funny how no one trusted Starr but she was actually the only one not talking to both sides.
In her exit interviews, she said she was close to Joe. He had approached her in the beginning and wanted to work together. She was under the impression that there was still loyalty amongst the original Lagi and that they wanted to keep their numbers. There must have been conversations to this effect that we did not see.
She also said that she felt she was tight with David & Mary and, once David was voted off, she knew she was vulnerable. David must have built these alliances/relationships during the tribe switch when he was with Mary, Star, Eva, and Charity. He talks about being loyal to the âStrong Fiveâ yet he was fostering his own sub alliances just like everyone else.

Lagi:
Civa: Chrissy, David
Vulu: Cedric
On âpaperâ it looks like Kamilla, Kyle, Mitch & Mary could team up against the strong 3 Lagi group, but I just donât know if they can pull it off.
I enjoyed Starâs bright and bubbly personality, I was hoping she could have stayed longer. But she didnât appear to have many allies for some reason. I think they made a mistake not voting out Mary. She is/was a more strategic and âdiabolicalâ player than Star.
One possibility for a blindside would be Kyle, Kamillia, Mary and Mitch to pull something off. But Kyle doesnât want to go after Joe, which also probably means Eva.
Hey David, lighten up bro. Enjoy the game. ![]()
And they all seem to know that.
But Kyle doesnât trust Shauhin. ![]()
For real, David looked like he was ready to strangle someone!
I didnât fully understand why majority wasnât for getting Mary out instead of Starr. Mary is so much more of a threat. Many of them also seemed sort of annoyed with Starr - I wonder if her personality which in doses to us seemed fun to watch was IRL on the island a bit much.
The seemed to use the word âchaoticâ when referring to Star and they also used that word to describe Sai a lot. Wonder if its sort of another word for âannoyingâ. I feel like the remaining players are just going to give the top two spots to Joe and Eva. They all seem to be playing to just âstay another dayâ rather than actually playing to win.
I think Shauhin is the under the radar choice to make it to the end. Even though his name has come up so many times after challenges. Sort of depends if Kyle/Kamilla get found out.
Iâll also be curious if/when Kyle/Kamilla part ways who is the one to do it.
In the preview scenes for next week, I think I remember Kamilla saying to Kyle that she wanted one of them to either win it or maybe it was just to get to the final 3. Seemed like a potential âgoodbye.â
In prior seasons, I would think that one (or more) of the more diabolical players would have broken up Joe and Eva by now.
Apparently Jeff has mentioned several times in interviews about this season that itâs the season of âduosâ. Weâve seen one duo fall, Mary and David. We have two big duos left, Joe/Eva and Kyle/Kamilla.
I am so surprised with Evaâs two advantages, strength, and obvious partner that she hasnât been targeted. I feel like Kamila was playing a good game in the beginning but seems to just be surviving now.
