Fun episode. I like the unpredictability of the new era. Although with 21 players it is hard to remember who is who. I felt sorry for Lewis on Exile Island! Jenna was hiding something but it wasn’t gameplay. The pro wrestler is a bit of a hot head. That kind of saved Jenna.

I am not sure why Jenna didn’t make a big confession to her tribe, like she did in her interview (which we saw). I think it would endear her to her tribemates.

I don’t watch Grey’s but he did remind of someone. I found him VERY unlikable.
Finally watched tonight. Being she is local I was thrilled Jenna didn’t get voted Off. I predict she will gain some steam and blow that dude away. I still don’t get why he was so against her.
Lewis is gonna get a modeling gig after this! lol on Jelly ready to roll right into a showmance.

What are your thoughts on these challenges and safety. Blindfolding at any pace besides walking seems like a BAD idea. The chance for injury had to skyrocket.
These challenges are tame compared to what they do on Survivor Australia
Once again they edited it to seem at first like the vote was a sure thing unanimous decision and then of course it wasn’t. Rob didn’t know he couldn’t vote for himself? I also don’t get what he thought would happen. Was he so out of it that he didn’t realize Anna was also getting votes? Neither did as they said - no shot in the dark for Eric and no using idol for Rob.
The challenges with blindfolds are always more injury prone. I think her twisted foot is going to be an issue in future challenges.
Twice this season we saw an interview where a person says I know so and so is lying and they are wrong - she really is a wedding photographer and he really didn’t get the idol when he tried to axe a pole. Always makes me laugh - contestant says they are great are spotting lies and they aren’t!

Rob is chaotic! I think Rob was homesick and wanted to go home and figured he could make survivor history by voting himself out. But doesn’t everyone know you can’t vote for yourself!!

What do we think of Rob’s medical self-withdrawal which he claims was not quitting? Obviously, he just wanted to go home! So far i haven’t quite gotten to know the players well enough to have favorites. Also, the guy who switched tribes totally blew it with the clue for the advantage. Still not clear if he decided to stay (smart in the sense that he was next to be voted out of his old tribe) or just missed the boat.
He hit a mental wall and wanted out without quitting. Remember he tried to vote for himself the week before.
Having a medical evacuation is an acceptable reason to leave the game. Quitting is not, and Probst hates quitters. I haven’t read any post mortems on the episode, but I’m sure Jeff will call it an engineered quit.

I’m not where I heard/read it - I feel like it was a reliable spot (I don’t read trash 
) that Jeff was not happy and something about he wanted Rob’s image removed from any further promotions or so request to basically not let Rob benefit from the show at all.
Wish I could remember what/where I heard this!
After his stunts I certainly don’t have much respect for Rob. Bye.

I think it’s simply going to be a case of if you voluntarily give up your spot, they’ll be no return invitation for a later season. And other than the one-off last season, there are no reunion shows. And confirmed there’s no reunion for 51

That whole scene with Rob, Jeff and the doctor was ridiculous. I’m sure it was even more ridiculous IRL and they edited it to make it as simple an exit as possible. Moving on…
And I agree that Rob shouldn’t benefit from being on the show. He bailed. I wonder if that means they’ll come after him if he starts making social media content after the season is over.
