Anybody still using this?
Anyways… Accepted!
Major: Computer Engineering (Impacted)
CSU GPA: 3.31 (3.15 UW/3.8W)
SAT: 1330/1600

@Bhurst. Are you going to accept?

I have no idea if I’m accepting yet. I’m sill waiting on CPSLO, Cal, UCLA, UCSB, UCSC, UCI, and UCR. UCR comes out this Friday and the rest are in late February to late March. I just don’t want to accept an offer to any school before I know all of my decisions

I applied as a transfer student for Fall 2013 and haven’t heard back yet. My BroncoDirect status says “Application Received” and then down below it says “Application Complete” although I haven’t sent anything in yet.

Transferring from Mt. SAC (local)
3.11
Hospitality Management major
Have about 90 units transferrable
I’ve been going to community college on and off for about 4 years
Will have the four required classes done by mid-February

Does anybody know if I will be counted as Tier 1 (local) if my most recent CC is Mt. SAC but the CC I have the most units at is Fullerton College?

What about my chances? Hospitality Management had a 70% 2011 Fall acceptance rate and a 79% 2012 Fall acceptance rate.

Thank you for your help :)

The official transcript from my school (SLO) still says incomplete… Anyone have anyidea what’s going on or have the same thing?

My son’s Bronco Direct said provisional admin right after he attended the Honors College showcase. Just coincidence I’m sure. 5 days later he got an email stating he had been accepted to major in electrical engineering. Though we really like CPP, we’re disappointed that student housing is mandatory even though we only live 35 miles away. That could break our descision.

@Jcnstephy, the housing requirement can be contested and exempted. You’ve got a good point to make and I am sure CPP would not want to lose out on top talent. Give it a try.

[1st Year Student - Res. Requirement](http://dsa.csupomona.edu/uhs/first_yr_res_requirement.asp)

alexish11, maybe we are the same person? No, but congratulations on getting into Hospitality Management too. We should probably be friends. Which CC are you coming from?

alexem, college of the canyons in Santa Clarita, what about you? sounds like we ARE the same haha

Lol. Curious why do you want to transfer from SLO to CPP!?

@ChrisAstro,

Why not?

I don’t like this school and I miss my friends back at home. Taught me a valuable lesson that just because something has high marks and ranking doesn’t make it a good school for everyone. The school fails at being diverse and it’s hard connecting with other students here for me; they keep to themselves.

But hey that’s just how I feel about this school. Others I’ve talked to seem to enjoy it and there are others regretting coming here such as myself. A couple of people I knew went back to their home towns last year already.
