Are you ready for some football?

I think they have some language specifically addressing this in the union’s collective bargaining agreement. So under employment law, it probably does apply in some way.

Wow, Dwyer has some explaining to do.

<a href=“Jonathan Dwyer head-butted his wife after she refused sex, police say - CBS News”>http://www.cbsnews.com/news/jonathan-dwyer-head-butted-his-wife-after-she-refused-sex-police-report-says/

If so, dadx, the NFL has even more trouble on its hands.

Kinda wish that the Falcons would play hard to the end. It would be amazing to see a team break the single game scoring record.

I wish the Bucs would give up. My FFL opponent had 1point for two players well into the fourth, but the scoring drive netted 9 points. Grrrr.

So much for Lovie Smith’s new defense

Lovie Smith didn’t get the memo that NFL offenses figured out how to shred up his Tampa 2 defense five years ago.

After the pregame segments showing him walking on water and changing water into wine, you would almost think he’s a good football coach. But, hey, the players like him. I guess that counts for something…

Hi y’all! Just checking in after being out of town for a week. It looks like a good thing that I didn’t watch my team’s game. X_X Being off line was so restful that I think I’ll do more of it. It’ looks like the world has kept turning on its axis, though, so carry on . . . . :)>-

Interesteddad, LOL. My in-law, a diehard Falcons fan and season ticket holder from the expansion days, cursed the team when they didn’t hire Lovie Smith years ago. I wonder how he is feeling this morning.

I stopped watching at halftime. Can’t blame it all on McCown. His receivers dropped some balls early. The first half problem for Tampa was the non-existent running game, and of course the turnovers. Tampa defense made Julio Jones look like a mean combination of Fred Belitinkoff and Jerry Rice. Ryan looked like Joe Namath with good knees. Last night’s result makes you wonder what happened to Atlanta last season?

By the way, Kansas State should have easily beaten Auburn last night. THREE MISSED FIELD GOALS???

CLEMSON!!! Did you even want to win the game in the first place??? Ahh, I feel like my head is going to explode. :(( So many wasted chances!

FSU defensive tackle #90 Eddie Goldman was like a one man wrecking crew against Clemson last night. He was a monster playing last night and had to be MVP for game IMO.

Yeah, like that 4th down in overtime. He literally made the entire play. But why are we in shotgun in the first place Clemson! Just QB sneak and then move on to the next set of downs. Say goodbye to your #22 ranking. Just for that, I’m not applying to Clemson any more. (JK  )

ok, Texans are making it a game now. They just really need to stop the run.

ok. Tell me about Ryan Mallet again.

The NFL child abuse saga continues…
From Reggie Bush: "“I have a 1-year-old daughter, and I discipline her,” Bush said told WFAN’s “Boomer & Carton” show via CBS New York. “I definitely will try to – will obviously not leave bruises or anything like that on her. But I definitely will discipline her harshly depending on what the situation is.”

Bush was asked if he would use a switch (small tree branch) on his child as Peterson has admitted using.

Said Bush: “I would possibly consider it, depending on what she did.”

Stay tuned…

Ugh

Parenting classes all around?

And that was what one of our local commentators - a former linebacker - calls a “hospital ball” Welker got flattened and we got the interception

A great game all around. A nice bounce back for your seahawks @saintfan‌

Yep, Hawks looked good.
