AT&T Mitigation Scam or Not?

Sorry for posting in this category, but college confidential is like the only website working for me right now? I tried to go on google and facebook, but it says my connection is not private and it is unsafe.

When, I go to google by replacing https:// with http://, I go to a AT&T Mitigation Landing Page for copyright infringement or something? It wants me to log into my mom’s AT&T account and watch some educational video. Has this happened to anybody? Do I have to do the education video and everything?

Don’t log into any accounts. DO NOT. This seems like some sort of virus. If you log into your mom’s AT&T account, serious things could happen. Call AT&T and ask what’s happening, and if it’s not legitimate, try using your phone to find a solution on something like Stack Exchange.
