where are you seeing the UTK recalculated GPA? In the Go Vols account? Not seeing that either.
My daughter applied OOS for EA round 1.
ACT: 34
UW GPA: 3.87
Weighted GPA: as her school calculates it is a 5.08, but I think itās probably 4.5-4.6 the way most universities count it. She has taken a fairly rigorous course load.
Class rank: top 10% of 800+
She applied 8/17 through Common App. GPA and Scores uploaded on 9/5 and 9/7.
She has a link to apply to honors college on her Auburn portal and was invited to War Eagle day. No VIT invite.
There is a tab at the top of portal that says GPA & Test Scores - it is in there once you scroll down

Interesting her GPA uploaded so quickly and Iām shocked no VIT invite with such high stats. Auburn seems to be doing things very differently from two years ago!! I hate unpredictability!!

Well, trying to cancel our WED plans for Monday. I really thought weād hear back before then. I donāt want to spend all that travel money if we donāt know yet if heās in.

We are going to cancel too. Itās a 7 hour drive and we already did a tour in June and stayed two nights. She fell in love with the school and donāt want to ādangle another carrotā until we know sheās in. What a strange sequence of events! This is very different from when my son applied 3 years ago.
Right??? So different!! My S 24 had a very different admissions experience.

Has anyone reached out to admissions to get a timeline or to figure out what happened last night? I really need to get in contact with admissions before Monday, as I donāt know if I should scratch flying in for WED. What a absolute disaster!

My daughter had to cancel WED. She tried calling a few times last week but ended up sending an email to wedadms@auburn.edu. They never replied and sheās still getting emails about Monday but not sure what else she can do.

my son emailed two days ago āno response he also still has no gpa in portal 1450 SAT with 12 APās, his school only shows UW. We rented car Fri and have stopped at u Maryland, UVA, and now getting to Clemson
I figured by now we would hear !!! From past posts two days before WED it was given. He knows he may get denied so we r just having fun listening to old 80ās and 90ās songs!! If itās a no we are headed straight to bama instead to see my daughter. And wonāt be a divided house !!! lol

Auburn has classes tomorrow- it is a regular work day for them so fingers crossed it is tomorrow.

Pretty busy here today, lots of kids back ācrossing fingers tomorrow but if not Tuesday? Is the new strategy see who comes to War Eagle day? OR we donāt care who comes we have a list already
I canāt imagine they are tracking who comes to WED since they say they donāt track interest and it is a huge expense for families to attend if they are coming from far away. It still makes no sense they didnāt release on Friday. Tomorrow is business as usual- they donāt get off for Columbus/Indigenous Peopleās Day so I really hope it is tomorrow. And I so feel for any of the kids who make the trip tomorrow and donāt get good news
