Anyone know if Auburn has ever previously released decisions on any day of the week other than Friday before? Or should we just assume this Friday is the only possibility?
In 2021 they released 10/13 which was a Wednesday. 2022 it was 10/15 which was a Saturday!
A very in-the-know national college advisor told me that it should be tomorrow, or possibly Friday.
Any possibility it would a time other than 6pm?
Letās storm the heavens for a 9 am update. Unless my household is getting deferred/rejected ⦠then we are completely onboard for a later date/time.
So sorry the waiting on EA1!!! You wonder if thereās a computer glitch w so many applications. Do we think they are analyzing more than just test scores/GPA? Do we think human eyes are looking at many of these applications? I will say the application seems different with optional resume this year. My DD just applied EA2 last week on Auburn site. Had to fill out activities form that was sent after application submitted. Is this happening to common app applicants too? Or only if you applied directly? Also, when did you see the recalculated GPA?
I really hope it is today. What is everyone thinking?? do we think today is finally the awaited day for decisions
Still no GPA this am so doubtful itās today
My understanding is that decisions could start trickling out today, going through Friday. Though I could be wrong but based on what I am hearing that seems most likely. Also my theory is that they go so many apps that they asked for activities to help narrow it down.
Heard from my SEC admissions tutor it is today. Who knows anything at this pointā¦
No GPA here either. Test scores received 8/20 and Transcripts received 9/11.
No GPA here either, 9/15 submit
Activities are included in Common App so likely just for those who applied on their site.
We have a GPA since Friday but Iām worried because they calculated it lower than I was expecting.
This tells me they have not completed the decision process.
Same here
I think they are still working through things. My daughter applied on 9/13 and she has ACT and GPA in her profile. Seems all over the place. She also has had the same admissions rep so that may be throwing things if they have to cover for someone who is no longer there.
Does Auburn recalculate GPA? I ask because my DDās GPA is the same as she reported it as in common app.
Sorry Iām late to the party. What GPA do you mean?
I have several students applying from different high schools. Some still donāt show GPAs, some have admissions counselors, some donāt. There doesnāt seem to be much overlap, even from the students attending the same high schools.
