Our school is on a 100 point scale, but can be recalculated to a 4.0 scale. Even with straight As and all her AP credits, she can only get around a 4.3. So, the 5-point scale isn’t an option at our school. I’m sure Auburn has ways of knowing different GPA scales at different schools and that they take that into consideration to even the playing field.
When did her GPA appear in the portal? It seems like the more recently posted GPAs are the same, and possibly the ones posted last Friday are recalculated. Just a theory.
My daughter’s GPA is the same as she submitted which was surprising because she transferred and her school won’t calculate in her freshman year (prior school) GPA. That was her best year so I was hoping that would make it go higher so I’m not sure they recalculated it. It’s a 3.9. Freshman year was mostly A’s and a few B’s (all honors but I guess that doesn’t count).
Mine’s GPA has been in there since the official transcript got sent. 30 on ACT, 3.8 GPA, and not sure if legacy’s are still a auto like when I went but he’s a 6 time legacy. Hopefully we will find out today.
My Auburn GPA is a 3.76, and I have a 1410 SAT (31-32 ACT).

GPA has been in since last Friday.
My daughter’s GPA appeared for the first time last week. She applied 8/2. OOS
GPA weighted 5.43 is the same on AU portal as her transcript. 4.0 uw. SAT 1420. Cambridge Diploma with Merit.

Told by admissions either today or beginning of next week. I don’t think they know.

I find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t be today… although with the confusion of a precise date, I wouldn’t be surprised if no one gets decisions today, unfortunately.
Anyone know if Presidential Scholarships get announced at the same time as admission decisions?
I want to cry.

either today or monday! auburn loves sending these out towards the end of the week. called yesturday at 2:00 and lady said itll be within the next few days but she cant say when. clearly wasnt yesturday, and by the time the 20th (monday) rolls around, thats no longer mid october! thats late!
