The Admissions office is closed tomorrow so Iā€™m guessing we wonā€™t see any decisions on Friday.

Our son did early action on October 16. We are still waiting. We really cannot wait till this is all over. The wait has been so difficult. Was hoping to get a decision before Christmas. Good luck to everyone.

Have you done a visit or virtual event. Baylor tends to admit once you show ā€œinterestā€.

Yes he did a virtual event and is signed up to do Baylor Accelerated during his second semester senior year. He is also applying to the aviation program so that might be whatā€™s taking so long.

I think thatā€™s supposed to be released on Friday. Not something they have historically released early.

But please post if you see something since we still donā€™t get portal update emails. D24 got into University Scholars a couple weeks ago and only found out bc I specifically asked her to check the portal.

I would have her check her portal! I personally havenā€™t received anything but I know someone who has been invited.

Yes, my daughter checked the portal randomly today and she had the invitation waiting for her.

Hi All, my S24 also received the I2E invitation last night. Have a couple of questions regarding scholarship. If we accept the invitation, does that mean we signed up to go to Baylor. Also, does anyone have experience or been to the scholarship invitation day?

I am certain it is not a commitment to Baylor. You only do that by making an enrollment deposit.

I know they have posted the agenda in prior years threads. Iā€™ll see what I can find. Generally, there is some exercise that the kids do in small groups and the parents can pick out sessions of interest.

Does anyone know if the Invitation to Excellence Scholarships are stackable with what Baylor may offer in Merit? Thanks!
