Benedictine College in Atchinson, KS, has been approved for candidate status by COCA.
The Candidate Status designation follows several other major milestones, including securing more than $50 million in philanthropic support. The investment reflects strong donor commitment to the BSOM mission and Benedictine College’s vision for establishing a faithfully Catholic osteopathic medical school."
They also state that they have secured 214 clinical training sites to date.
Benedictine promises an emphasis on a “Catholic, Christ-centered approach” to medical education.
